These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoreBots.ai enterprise AI agent platform and related services (“Platform”), a product of Innoworks Software Solutions Private Limited (“Innoworks”, “CoreBots”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). CoreBots is a self-hosted platform designed to be deployed and operated within your own enterprise infrastructure. By using our Platform or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
Platform Description
CoreBots provides an enterprise AI platform for building, orchestrating, and deploying autonomous AI agents. The Platform is self-hosted and runs entirely within your infrastructure.
Self-Hosted Deployment
The Platform is installed and operated on your own servers, private cloud, or air-gapped environments. You are responsible for providing and maintaining the underlying infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
AI Agent Tools & Services
The Platform includes a no-code agent builder, multi-agent orchestration engine, governance and guardrails framework, omni-channel deployment, observability dashboards, and enterprise connectors.
Licensing & Access
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees:
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the CoreBots Platform within your organization for the term of your subscription
The license covers the number of users, agents, and environments specified in your enterprise agreement
You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or make the Platform available to third parties without prior written consent
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including source code, documentation, and design, remain with CoreBots
Your Data & Ownership
Because CoreBots is self-hosted within your infrastructure:
You own your data. All data processed by the Platform — including training data, knowledge bases, agent configurations, conversation logs, and outputs — belongs to you and remains within your infrastructure
We do not access your data. CoreBots does not have access to, collect, or store any data processed within your self-hosted deployment unless you explicitly grant access for support purposes
You control data flows. Any connections to external LLM providers, third-party APIs, or enterprise systems are configured and controlled by you. Data sent to third-party services is governed by your agreements with those providers
Bring Your Own Model. You may connect any LLM of your choice, including locally hosted or private models that keep all data within your network
Your Responsibilities
As the operator of a self-hosted CoreBots deployment, you are responsible for:
Providing and maintaining the infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) required to run the Platform
Ensuring your deployment environment meets the minimum system requirements specified in our documentation
Managing user accounts, SSO integration, role-based access control, and security policies within your deployment
Configuring and managing AI agents, workflows, guardrails, and approval processes
Ensuring your use of the Platform and AI agents complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Maintaining backups of your data, configurations, and agent definitions
Applying platform updates and security patches in a timely manner
The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data used to train and operate AI agents
Monitoring AI agent outputs and establishing appropriate human oversight and approval workflows
AI Agent Disclaimer
AI agents created with the CoreBots Platform are tools that augment human capabilities. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for implementing adequate review, approval, and oversight processes
The quality of agent outputs depends on the training data, configurations, guardrails, and LLM models you provide and select
CoreBots provides the platform and tools; the behavior of individual agents is determined by your configuration and training
You should not rely solely on AI agent outputs for critical decisions without appropriate human review
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements
We are not liable for any outputs, decisions, or actions taken by AI agents created and operated within your infrastructure
We are not liable for any damages arising from your infrastructure, third-party LLM providers, or integrations you configure
Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Support & Updates
During your active subscription:
Platform Updates
We provide platform updates, new features, and security patches. You are responsible for applying updates to your self-hosted deployment. Specific release schedules and support for version compatibility are detailed in your enterprise agreement.
Technical Support
Support scope, response times, and availability are based on your subscription tier. Enterprise agreements may include dedicated support, onboarding assistance, and professional services for deployment and optimization.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription as specified in the enterprise agreement. Upon termination:
Your license to use the CoreBots Platform will end
All data within your self-hosted deployment remains yours — we do not hold any of your operational data
You should discontinue use of the Platform and remove it from your infrastructure
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and disclaimers survive termination
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your enterprise agreement. Any disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism outlined therein.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
